That's most likely the installer, don't download the installer You CAN, but odds are for what you want you don't want that. Alright this is really old but If you have a locale emulator and set it to Japanese, or if you're locale on your computer is already JP, use that version.
The version you should execute is callled "TH06" or something similar. Oh hi Roro :YoumuSmug: make sure to run "Touhou6.
